About
This the space where I write about my work in the public gardens of our kibbutz and in our private garden, about the different plants that grow here, the challenges and joys of our work, a place for tips and explanations.
Hopefully it will be a source of knowledge and inspiration.
I started to work in the "noi" (as the public gardening in a Kibbutz is called) in October 2018- making a huge change in my life after 13 years working in an office. I do not have any professional background- I just like to take care of plants, love nature and I am generally interested in this field. Since I am originally from Switzerland I had to get used to the Mediterranean climate and how to garden here. I am learning a lot and there's still a lot to learn.
